About Kelly

With a background in Broadcasting Communications, Canadian Securities, Financial Investments and Real Estate, Kelly Golby provides a comprehensive plan for buying or selling your Real Estate Investment.

With his Diploma from BCIT in Broadcast Communications, Film and Television, Kelly Golby began his Real Estate career by filming home video tours for other REALTORS®. Through this experience he learned the in's and outs of the business. While gaining this valuable experience, Kelly decided to take the Real Estate Licenscing program at the Sauder School of Business, Real Estate division.

After completing the Real Estate Licensing program, Kelly went to work for Walton Internationl. Walton is a Real Estate Investment company that focuses on Land Banking. Land Banking with Walton International is investing in a Corporation or Limited Partnership that holds the raw land asset with capital preservation and capital growth as its goal. While working with Walton International, Kelly completed the Canadian Securities Course and received valuable training in Land Research, Planning, Conceptual Design and approval process for land development.

Kelly Golby is also a Certified Commercial Investment Member or CCIM. The CCIM Institute is the worlds largest network of Commercial Real Estate Professionals. www.ccim.com. Kelly continues his education at the University of British Columbia/Sauder School of Business in the Real Estate Division's Diploma Program in Urban Land Economics.

Kelly has also been working with The Arts Club Theatre Company/Backstage Lounge (A Not For Profit Organization), helping book their entertainment, management and food and beverage consulting.

He is an avid wine lover and collector and often enjoys trips to wine country. In his spare time you'll often find Kelly at Shaughnessy Golf and Country Club where he is a member as well as The Terminal City Club.
